Disable Windows 10 S Mode Without a Microsoft Account
Date Added: 8/30/2021

Normally, Windows 10 will not allow you to disable S-Mode unless you create a Microsoft Account and sign in. This most likely links your computer permanently to your Microsoft Account identity.

To disable S-Mode without a Microsoft Account:
1) Boot into your computer's UEFI (BIOS) settings
2) Disable Secure Boot
3) Boot into Windows 10
4) Notice that S-Mode is now gone
5) Boot into the UEFI settings again
6) Enable Secure Boot
7) Boot into Windows 10
8) Notice that S-Mode is still gone.

TLDR: Temporarily disable Secure Boot.
